5. Luteal Support

Due to the use of GnRH agonists and ovulation-stimulating drugs in the early ovulation induction process, as well as the loss of granulosa cells during egg retrieval, female patients may experience luteal insufficiency during the egg retrieval cycle, and need to use progesterone or Chorionic gonadotropin for luteal support.

6. Determination of pregnancy

Usually 14 days after embryo transfer, serum HCG is determined by urine test or blood drawing to determine whether pregnancy is not
